By creating an account or using Arvane (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Arvane helps senders protect documents from being pasted or uploaded into AI tools by recipients. The sender uploads a document, configures a share, and the recipient installs a browser extension that blocks or warns on matching content.
You will not use Arvane to distribute illegal content, violate third-party rights, circumvent lawful disclosure obligations, or impersonate others. You are responsible for having the right to share every document you upload.
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited right to process uploaded documents solely to provide the Service.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Arvane reduces but does not eliminate the risk of data exfiltration to AI tools. You must not rely on Arvane as the sole control for highly sensitive information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvane's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal or security risk.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
